Delegation from Indian Chamber of Commerce Meets with Lieutenant Governor

A high-profile delegation from the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), led by its President Ameya Prabhu, visited Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan today. The meeting focused on the promotion and growth of startups and entrepreneurship within Jammu and Kashmir.

The ICC delegation presented a detailed plan to support and accelerate the startup ecosystem in the region. They discussed potential strategies to enhance the business environment, including policy recommendations and infrastructural support, to foster innovation and create job opportunities.

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha expressed his commitment to supporting entrepreneurial ventures and welcomed the ICC’s initiative to boost economic development in the region.

Swarnkar Sangh Jammu City Delegation Meets Lieutenant Governor

In a separate engagement, a delegation from the Swarnkar Sangh Jammu City also called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha. The meeting provided an opportunity for the delegation to present their views and discuss community-related issues with the Lt Governor.

The discussions focused on addressing the concerns of the Swarnkar community and exploring ways to improve their socio-economic conditions.

Additionally, Chandeep Singh, an International Para Athlete, and Gaurav Gupta, Secretary of the Jammu Club, had a meeting with the Lieutenant Governor. The discussions included topics related to sports and community engagement, highlighting the Lt Governor’s ongoing commitment to supporting local talent and recreational activities.

The meetings reflect a proactive approach by the Lieutenant Governor to engage with various sectors and communities to address their needs and promote regional development.
